Privacy Policy — What GamesLike Stores and Why

Short version: no accounts, no tracking pixels of our own, nothing sold.

What's stored in your browser

Your “Want to play” and “Played” shelves live in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device and we can't see them. Clearing site data removes them.

Votes

“Would you recommend?” votes are stored with a hashed fingerprint (IP + browser signature) so each browser counts once per game. The hash can't be reversed into an address.

Server logs and ads

Standard web-server logs (IP, page, time) are kept for security and deleted on a rolling basis. If ads are shown, the ad network may set its own cookies under its own policy; store links may be affiliate links.
